Strain Identification

Strain-level Microbial Sample Characterization

Nabsys HD-Mapping™ provides a fundamentally new high-resolution source of mapping data for strain-level identification of unknown microbial samples based on genomic structural differences.

HD-Mapping reads are input to a rapid strain identification pipeline that analyzes support for unique structural differences between genomes. This approach enables discrimination between highly-related strains of a single species from either clonal samples or in the context of a complex microbial mixture.

Metagenomics

Distinguish microbial strains in complex mixtures with low input coverage and minimal computational time.

Microbiome

Quantitatively characterize complex microbial samples at the strain level without the need for assembly.

Pathogen Identification

Rapidly distinguish highly-related strains isolated from food and patient samples.
