OhmX Sample Guide

Ensure the success of your electronic genome mapping (EGM) projects with proper sample collection and storage protocols for the OhmX Platform. Supported sample types include fresh and frozen human cell lines, blood, and bone marrow aspirates (BMA). Key recommendations include maintaining cell viability above 70%, immediate freezing at -80°C for frozen samples, and limiting freeze-thaw cycles to preserve DNA quality. Each sample should be divided into two aliquots, with one reserved as a backup, to enhance reliability.

Nabsys provides essential tools for sample preparation, such as the Monarch HMW DNA Extraction Kit and the OhmX Sample Prep Kit, ensuring streamlined workflows and high-quality results. Follow these guidelines to maximize the suitability of your genomic DNA for EGM and advance your research with confidence.
